Construction worker rescued from trench collapse in SE Baltimore

A construction worker was rescued from a partial trench collapse in Southeast Baltimore Wednesday. Fire officials said the incident occurred around 2:28 a.m. in the 6600 block of Quad Avenue near North Point Road.
