How to Make Burrito Wrap with Ground Beef and Beans

Burrito wrap with ground beef and beans is a great option for lunch or dinner. In this video I will show you how to make it. My family loves the flavors. I added rice and cheese and lots of veggies. For a lighter version you can still use ground beef, I used 85/15 beef - just skip the oil. Ground beef has enough fat in it. If you use the ceramic nonstick pan I used it wont stick and it will release enough fat to cook your veggies in. Substitute regular tortilla for Xtreme, low calorie one and you have a low calorie option for about 500 calories.

Ingredients
- flour tortilla
- 2 slices of munster cheese per tortilla
For filling:
- 1 tbs avocado oil
- 9 oz ground beef
- 2 large red bell peppers
- half large onion
- 3 galic cloves
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 cup of black beans
- 260 g of canned tomatoes (or fresh)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp sweet paprika
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 1.5 tsp chili powder
- pepper to taste

For side salad:
- avocado
- tomatoes (any kind you like - I used grape because that is what I had)
- onion
- cilantro
- jalapeno (optional)
- lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
