Community group asks Indianapolis police chief to sign on to their violence reduction plan

An Indianapolis man who says he's lost 30 friends and family members to murder says that's why he's involved in trying to make a change. He's part of a community group that met with the Indianapolis police chief Tuesday night to ask him to to get on board with their violence reduction plan.
