Incubator Babies Hoax Was Effective War Propaganda

Propaganda is used to manipulate the public into supporting actions that they would otherwise not support. This is the story of the infamous dead incubator babies that was testified to by a girl who was kept anynomous, who turned out to be the Kuwaiti ambassadors daughter, and repeated by our government in order to get the American people behind a Gulf war. It was all a lie. Are they using the same propaganda tactics now in Israel? The unconfirmed stories of beheaded children that are being repeated everywhere give me reason to think it's possible.
