Full hour Yoga Class with warm up, Breathwork, cool down & relaxation

A full hour of yoga with warm up, breathwork, cool down & relaxation included. Balancing the masculine/yang & feminine/yin energies within us with a half and half practice of Yoga Flow and Restorative/Yin Yoga. For this practice you will need a bolster or pillows off the bed, a block and a couple of blankets. You are responsible for your own body during practice. Enjoy!
