Driver stalks teen, exposes himself

A Lakeside teen says she was stalked by a car before the driver exposed himself. Two Thursdays ago near Farmington Drive - around 2 p.m. - Elizabeth, 18, strolled past a parked white car, a man in his 30s at the wheel.
