This tomato, onion and avocado salad with lime dressing is a great side for quesadilla, burritos or just as a part of a salad itself.

Ingredients
- tomatoes
- avocado
- red onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Lime dressing
- 0.5 oz dijon mustard
- 2 limes juiced
- 1 oz olive oil (for low calorie dressing skip the oil - it is delicious without it as well)
