Classic American Cheeseburger 2 Ways - Regular VS Light Version

Here are 2 ways: regular versus light version of the classic American Cheeseburger . First I will show you how to make juicy classic cheeseburger, followed by a lighter version of pretty much the same thing. Ingredients - regular version
- 8 oz 85/15 grass fed ground beef
- 1 bun (of your choice)
- Bacon
- Munster cheese
- Pickles
- Red onion
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
For secret sauce:
- full fat greek yogurt
- sriracha
For Mushroom, Onion and Bacon Cheeseburger additional:
- mushroom
- onion
- 1/2 tbs butter
- salt and pepper to taste
