How to Roast Butternut Squash in the Oven | for Thanksgiving

In this video I am going to show you how to roast butternut squash in the oven in 30 minutes. Butternut squash is one of my favorite vegetables. It is a perfect side dish for thanksgiving dinner. It is sweet and perfect for salads as well as soups and vegetable bowls. It also makes a great risotto vegetable.

Ingredients
- Butternut squash
- 1 tbs olive oil
- salt and pepper
- cinnamon

Bake at 400 F oven for 30 minutes
