Muncie residents are criticizing how a temporary sidewalk repair is being handled

Neighbors who live along University Avenue in Muncie are not happy with asphalt being used to make temporary repairs to a sidewalk instead of concrete. The city street superintendent says the Americans with Disabilities Act mandates that asphalt be used when a municipality becomes aware of a problem area.
