Dr. Michael Gossweiler is a specialty trained periodontist who is a graduate of both the Indiana
University School of Dentistry (1987) and the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry (1993).
He worked as a hospital-based dentist at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH from 1990 to
1991 and as an associate dentist in Germany for two years. Since returning to the US in 1995 he
has had a periodontal specialty practice in Indianapolis. His journey to overcome various
mercury-related health problems lead him to establish and integrative dental practice in 2005.
Since that time, he has worked in cooperation with like-minded medicine and dental
practitioners to serve the medical/dental needs of patients. Dr. Gossweiler has been an Adjunct
Clinical Professor and a surgical clinical instructor in the graduate periodontics program at
Indiana University School of Dentistry since 1996. He is also a graduate of the American College
of Integrative Medicine and Dentistry, a member of the American Academy of Periodontology
and a member of the IAOMT.
