Or simply a form of Free Speech? Mr. Mackey says he found the meme on 4chan and shared it to get a rise and muddy the waters. His words. Guilty? He also says these types of memes were already all over the internet. Judge for yourself. Fours years later, 2021, seven days after Biden takes office, Mr. Mackey is formally indicted. Was this put on the backburner till the Democrat's took back control of the DOJ? Are they making an example out of Doug?
