America’s Czar of the Arctic

The US is seeking to counter Russia and China in the Arctic Circle. As global warming and climate change melts the polar ice caps, new shipping lanes emerge connecting Europe, Asia, and North America. And so the US is appointing James DeHart as the Arctic Czar to oversee the region for the US State Department. And to counter the greatest threat in Northwest Passage—Canada!
