Guy in Pickup Follows ATV After Finger Pointing

Info from Licensor: "I witnessed a pickup truck, passing a semi-truck illegally, and at a high rate of speed. I pointed my finger at the pickup truck, to let him know that I saw what he did. The man in the pickup truck immediately stopped and got out of the truck to confront me. He chased me on foot and was yelling come here to me. I rode away from him at a high rate of speed, then circled back around when I noticed he was not following me. I was confident in my ability to escape, so I decided to try to get him to chase after me again in his truck. I flashed my lights at him and waved my arms to get him to chase after me, I then went through an area that his truck could not traverse. He then got out of his truck and walked through the mud in an attempt to reach me on foot. At that time I left the area, and nothing else happened."
