Storm Shield Forecast morning update 10/24/2017

Mountain winds will be 25-45 mph with incredible heat, bringing highs in the low 90s to the Kern River Valley and low 80s to Tehachapi and Frazier Park. Though the winds aren't as fast here in the valley we'll still be feeling the intense heat, with a high of 90 in Bakersfield this afternoon.
