Satelloon

Took video & pics of the satelloon at Myrtle Beach before it got shot down over the ocean. These are typically used for weather, communication & mapping and are at higher elevations so that they can’t be seen. A large structure of solar panels & comm equipment can be seen supported underneath the balloon. This one was leaking helium and would have eventually crashed on the ground possibly causing harm to people & property.
