Delaware Assault Weapons Ban Heats Up In III Circuit, Court's Ruling Conflicts With Set Precedence

The Delaware Third Circuit Court released it's ruling on an injunction to block enforcement of Delaware's assault weapons ban. Their reasoning are in direct conflict with precedence established in Heller, McDonald and Bruen.
