How to assemble a Table Base with Mounting Plate and Vertical Uprights

Furniture Bolts, Lock Washers, Flat Washers, Brass Threaded Insert Nuts.
(to be used to attach mounting plate/vertical uprights to tabletop. All available at hardware stores)
