Don’t get too hung up on one style of training
We wanted to look back at an older podcast episode with Tyler Muto from Consider The Dog and share more of that conversation with you all! Here David explains some advice for new or junior trainers. With the recent boom in dog training, there are so many new trainers out there who are trying to learn. David recommends not getting too hung up on one particular style of dog training. When you get too stuck on one way, you close yourself off to learning and improving your training more, in addition to understanding why some methods are used. When you keep an open mind, you can develop your own style with methods that work the best for your clients and really understand why you’re using them!
