Parking in downtown Kalamazoo ramps will be free for up to 90 minutes

The city has over 400 parking spots available downtown and the hope is this incentive gets people shopping downtown. A spokesman for the city says they will soon be adding parking meters to the spots on the Kalamazoo Mall and are encouraging people to use the parking garages instead.
