A delicious and flavorful dish made with raw bananas, coconut milk, and spices. It is a simple dish to make and can be served with roti, chapatti, or rice.

Ingredients:

2 raw bananas, peeled and chopped into small pieces
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
Instructions:

Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add the cumin powder and chili powder and cook for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add the raw banana pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until softened slightly.
Add the coconut milk, salt, coriander powder, and garam masala powder.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the raw banana pieces are completely soft and the sauce has thickened.
Serve hot with roti, chapatti, or rice.
Tips:

For a richer flavor, you can use whole milk instead of coconut milk.
If you want a spicier dish, you can add more chili powder.
You can also add other spices to the dish, such as turmeric powder, ginger powder, or garlic powder.
The raw banana pieces will continue to soften as the dish cools, so you can serve it immediately or let it cool completely before serving.
