Enzymes are like a bank account. You are either depleting/withdrawing them by eating cooked and processed foods, or making deposits/providing them to the body. It's quite simple. Imagine little pac-mans going around in your blood targeting the extra proteins, sugars, fats, lactose, gluten, etc etc etc, after your body has problems doing it on its own!
