Eco-Warriors

"Eco Warriors of Africa" is a short documentary showing you how young climate activists work against terrestrial emergencies that threaten their continent. An exponential change in weather patterns and food sources has already hit communities across the continent, but ongoing climate change, deforestation, and land degradation could result in the extinction of species and have profound effects on people and the ecosystems they live in. Africa is the world’s youngest continent, with 70 percent of its population under thirty. They face a bleak future unless they act now—and these young “warriors” are answering the call. ​
