Kansas City proposal to Amazon hand-delivered to headquarters in Seattle

Megan Segura, project manager at the Kansas City Area Development Council was in charge of hand-delivering the bi-state regional proposal to Amazon in Seattle. She carried (not checked) five hard-copes of the proposal, along with the credentials for Amazon to see the website version of Kansas City’s proposal, onto a plane heading west.
