18-year-old charged with allegedly trying to kill ex-girlfriend in Manitowoc

A Kiel teen has been charged for allegedly trying to kill his ex-girlfriend. Joshua Radder, 18, appeared in Manitowoc County court Monday facing seven charges, including attempted first degree intentional homicide with use of a dangerous weapon, false imprisonment and theft.
