Psoas Spasm and pain can keep you from the activities you love. This muscle is often weak and tight/short. It is this weakness and a lack of using this muscle to its fullest extent that we run into trouble. It is this inability to control the muscle that sends it into spasm. This is an often neglected and underused muscle group that needs strengthening. By strengthening the Psoas muscle and hip flexors, voluntary control increases which decreases the likelihood of spasm.
