Downtown Portland, Oregon 2018 - This clip went viral and appeared on such shows as The Five on Fox News and Laura Ingraham. This sparked national outrage as well as tremendous ridicule towards Mayor Ted Wheeler. He became infamous by forcing the police to stand down and not make any arrests.
