We get a number of folks that come into our office with a condition known as “OVERPRONATION” of the foot. Overpronation is the most common abnormality of the foot and ankle. Pronation is a natural movement of the foot and ankle during activities. However, “OVERPRONATION” of the foot may cause problems such as plantar fasciitis, bunions, Achilles tendinitis, shin splints, medial knee pain (contributing to “Knock knees,) hip pain, and low back pain.
