The BEST No-Bake Sour Cream Strawberry Cake

With only 8 ingredients, this is hands-down my favorite cake!

I recently went on a mission to figure out the recipe to this cake I've loved for many years but is no longer made or offered by the restaurant I worked at and purchased from.

I recently figured out the recipe, and now I'm sharing it with you. It's great for any time of the year, so enjoy, and make it for Thanksgiving or Easter or your next Birthday!

SOUR CREAM STRAWBERRY CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
Oreo Crust:
22-33 Oreos, crushed into crumbs
5 tablespoons (or more) unsalted butter

Sour Cream Filling:
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
Whole Strawberries (about 1-2 lbs)

Topping:
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
5-6 strawberries
