The NARRATIVE was;

The refugees were so desperate to escape Afghanistan (bcz of FAKE war), that they would jump on a plane as it was about to takeoff.

So they used an inflatable float type plane.

No jet engines which would suck in anyone / anything near them,

and no wheels, heavy moving mechanical parts that could crush someone.

FULL ON MOVIE to cause anyone watching to FEEL unsettled, emotional, fearful & sympathetic for the Afghan people > bcz of the trauma.
