Peach Recipes for Weight Loss | Healthy Peach Cobbler Recipe that you can have for breakfast
Since peaches are in season it's time for peach recipes. This is a prefect peach cobbler for weight loss or weight maintenance if you so desire. You can feel good about having it for breakfast. There is no butter or oil, non fat greek yogurt instead, no flour - oats instead, very little sugar and tons of fruit. Weight loss or not you can enjoy this peach cobbler anytime. Have some high protein greek yogurt on top and you have yourself a nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients
FOR PEACHES
- 5 medium peaches (4 oz each)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 tbs sweetener
- zest from half of a lemon
DOUGH
- 100 g oats (a bit over 2 cups)
- 24 g brown sugar (6 tsp)
- 85 g non fat greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of 2% milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes
