Prop HH Goes Down!!! George reflects on the mixed results of yesterday's elections in Colorado. Good news on many ballot measures and some positives in candidate elections but it was not all good news. Post election we check in with the Aurora Chief of Police, Art Acevedo. He joins George in studio, and they discuss the election results, what it means for the force, and more. They also talk aboutsafety gains, challenges in recruiting, among other topics. Then George welcomes President of the Advance Colorado Insititute, Michael Fields. Big Win for Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman!!! He joins George to reflect on the results and how his margin of victory increased this time. It is also a discussion of the city business ahead. Topics cover new city council members and a compare-contrast between his approach to homelessness vs. the approach by the Denver Mayor. Next, George welcomes State Senator Barb Kirkmeyer followed by former Colorado GOP Vice Chair and current Douglas County Commissioner candidate Pricilla Rahn to discuss the positives from yesterday's election results. It was a banner day for Danielle Jurinski, Aurora City Councilwoman!! Boy did she deserve this.
