Light Caesar Dressing Homemade no Mayo | Low Calorie Recipe #shorts

Making homemade light caesar salad dressing is easy and quick. No mayo added - low calorie recipe. Anchovies are of course optional but I highly recommend to use it, it adds very nice flavor. I add a whole egg but if you like the dressing to be thicker use just an egg yolk.

Ingredients
- 4 tbs olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 oz dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves
- juice from one lemon
- 1/2 oz anchovies
- 1/2 oz grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
