This flounder recipe is a bit different than most you will see out there. I use very little bread crumb and flour mix and butter making this recipe much lighter yet very tasty.

Ingredients
- 3 flounder fillets (3-4 oz each)
- 1 tbs butter (you can use any oil if you prefer)
- 1/4 cup of bread crumbs
- 1/8 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
