- 3 cups baby spinach
- 5 grape/cherry tomatoes
- 0.5 oz red onion
- 2 oz butternut squash
- 0.5 oz feta cheese
- 4 oz seared salmon or any other fish you like
- salt and pepper to taste
- balsamic dressing
