Dinner Recipes - Leftover Rice and Vegetable | Leftover food Recipes
If you have leftover rice and vegetable sides and any type of protein you like you can make this dinner recipe in 15 minutes. It is fast and easy and most importantly delicious! Leftover food is my favorite as it forces me to think outside the box and I tend to accidently create my best dishes.
Ingredients
- 1 lbs sausage
- 2 slices of bacon
- one green and one red pepper (or whatever peppers you have)
- 1 large onion
- 1 medium zucchini
- leftover brussel sprouts (use whatever other veggies you have)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 cup leftover rice (cooked rice)
- parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- spices: oregano, paprika, red pepper flakes
