Just One Pear for Guilt Free Low Calorie Dessert

Baked pears are great for an every day low calorie dessert. You can enjoy it anytime you like and feel good about it. It is hard to believe that a low calorie dessert can be this good. Bosc pears are my first choice for this baked pears recipe. They are firm and very sweet and do not get mushy after baking. Enjoy them with greek yogurt or low calorie ice cream.

Ingredients
1 bosc pear
1 oz sugar free pancake syrup Ms Butterworth
1 oz sugar free flavored syrup (caramel) Skinny syrups
1 cup water use as needed
