A side dish makes a meal so much more excited and delicious. Pineapple salsa is just that and way more: healthy, low calorie, sweet and spicy. It is a colorful side that will enhance many dishes, especially the ones that could potentially be not that exciting like mahi mahi, cod or tilapia type of fish. Let's face it - these fish does not have lots of flavor. Adding this pineapple salsa on top will give your fish (or poultry) just what it needed.

Ingredients
- half of fresh pineapple (600 g)
- medium red bell pepper (100 g)
- one lime juiced
- one serrano pepper
- zest from one lime
- 1 oz of red onion (28 g)
- 1 tbs chopped cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
