Marcel's story:

"For me, March 14, 2021, was the day my eyes opened.

I had already heard some things from my ex and wanted to go and watch a demonstration. What happened that afternoon set off alarm bells for me. There was a relatively small group of people of all ages with banners and yellow badges singing and shouting until suddenly they shouted “Sit down” and I saw people being beaten and running away. At a certain point, they also started cutting the banners of the people sitting and hitting them if they did not let go quickly enough.

A girl next to me was hit with a bat with full force, then something inside me snapped, luckily the people around me calmed me down again.

After this, I started looking into what was going on and was faced with one surprise after another and after that, I went to a demonstration almost every weekend. At first, I was alone, but quite soon I met Debbie in Rotterdam and She asked me to come and sit with them since then I have a very nice group of friends who do not blindly accept what they try to shove down our throats.

I'm not worried about myself, but if the majority doesn't see where things are going, many people will wake up in a nightmare.

This time has also brought me something beautiful and that is my new love, Mireille"
