WCH Health Science Committee Research Chair Matthew Halma lists the top things people should do if they've taken the Covid-19 'vaccines' and want to detox from the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein.

Matthew Halma: "The approach I outlined is basically, first limiting any further damage that it can do. That means blocking the spike protein, preventing it from binding any of our receptors, whether that's the ACE2 receptors, or we also know it interacts with the estrogen receptors, which can be a contributor to some of the menstrual problems we see, or the nicotinic receptors, which can contribute to brain fog and neuropsychiatric illness associated with the jabs. So basically, the most primary thing is to get spike protein out of your body, first to stop it from doing any harm, then get rid of it, so, you don't need anything to upregulate autophagy. You can do fasting, which is free, and in many cases it could actually save you money. If you're eating one meal a day, it might actually be more convenient. And of course, talk to a physician, ideally one that's on your side. So I would say some compound to bind to the interface of spike protein and these receptors, that could be ivermectin, or quercetin if you don't have access. And just clearing the spike protein out of your body through autophagy and fasting."
