Northampton Co PA Election Judge on Countywide Voting Machines Flipping Votes

It was reported immediately that the votes on the touchscreen were different from what was printed. It was a widespread issue. The election office advised to switch to paper ballots but the county did not have enough paper ballots for the county. The judge was unable to reach the election office using emergency phones. The machines were registering the wrong vote.
What is the election office doing to ensure that the votes would be correctly counted. The voters were already aware of the voting issue.
