Acts 19 #1 - An Inefficient Baptism and the Holy Spirit

In this video we will introduce the context of Acts chapter 19 and begin to provide exposition and application. Paul entered Ephesus and initially contacted 12 men who had been baptized but inefficiently and also had no knowledge of the giving of the Holy Spirit. What made that baptism inefficient?
