Sweet Potato Gnocchi Potato Pasta #noodlenovember

Pasta can really make a dish! The ingredients used are simple and ones that are usually in most kitchens. I make an egg noodle pasta quite often, but decided to jump up my game and try my hand at a potato based pasta called Gnocchi! I do love it... so why haven't I tried making it? Well today is the day... and I decided to make an alternative with Sweet Potato instead of white. Hope you enjoy!
