David Regiani, DDS, NMD, BC-IBDM, MIAOMT, FIDIA is a pioneer in in the field of Holistic Dentistry and a founding member of the IAOMT (member #2). He is also a founding member of the IABDM (originally called the American Academy of Biological Dentistry). He is Board-Certified in Integrative Biologic Dental Medicine and is a Naturopath who limits his practice to dental-related conditions.

Dr. Regiani began his dental career in 1978 after graduating the University of Detroit School of Dentistry. A year later, he opened his own practice in the small town of Ortonville, Michigan, about an hour north of Detroit. Eight years ago he moved to Clarkston, MI where he is still practicing today.

In 1984, Dr. Regiani, Dr. Murray Vimy, Dr. Michael Ziff and the 10 other founders believed the battle against mercury could be over in 5 years if there was research to produce peer-adjudicated scientific data. Thus, the IAOMT was chartered to fund the necessary research. It’s taken a little longer than anticipated, but the tide has definitely turned.
