The Ann Arbor City Council has approved bringing as many as ten high-tech

They voted for a one-year program with Throne Labs Incorporated for the temporary handicapped-accessible bathrooms. A series of listening sessions conducted over the summer by City Administrator Milton Dohoney Jr. turned up the need for more public restrooms as a top concern of people.
