No Sugar Added Cranberry Sauce for Thanksgiving Dinner

An alternative for processed or overly sweetened - no sugar added cranberry sauce that you can make for your Thanksgiving dinner. Much better, heathier option that tastes very good.

Ingredients
12 oz (336g) fresh cranberries
1 orange (zested and juiced)
1 large apple (about 8 oz)
2-4 tbsp (28g-56g) of sweetener (I am using monkfruit: https://amzn.to/3ZJMOmu )
1/2 cup (125 ml) of water
