I was surprised that I can make french toast without milk or whole eggs, and it can taste amazing by using only egg whites. This is a great high protein breakfast option. If you love french toast, you can eat this one every single day. With 73 calories per slice, it will be a great low calorie and filling breakfast option.

Ingredients for 3 slices of french toast
3 slices of low calorie bread (40 calories) or regular bread (60-70 calories)
184 g/ 12 tbs egg whites
cinnamon (optional)
coconut extract (optional)

If you serve it with greek yogurt, like I do, you can add more protein.
