Plums make a great Low Calorie Dessert

Fruit crisps and crumbles are calorie dense, rich desserts but with a few changes I was able to make a low calorie dessert out of them. Plums are great and healthy fruit. You can enjoy my plum crisp guiltfree.

Ingredients
8 medium plums 3.5 oz each (100g)

Crumble
2 tbs unsalted room temperature butter 1 oz (28g)
2 tbs brown sugar 1 oz (28g)
⅓ cup all purpose flour (or oat flour) 40 g
⅓ cup old fashioned oats 30 g
