FIX Knee Pain With A WRENCH or BUTTERKNIFE! | Dr Wil & Dr K

Knee Pain is very common. Causes include sprains (Ligament,) strains (Muscle,) osteoarthritis, poor mechanics (Chondromalacia Patella,) repetitive use (Jumper’s Knee,) etc...
We find many folks suffer from knee pain due to fibrotic tissue (scar tissue)/trigger points that have developed over time within the quadriceps muscle. In this video, Dr Wil demonstrates the technique of GUA SHA. Gua Sha means SCRAPING in Chinese. This technique helps to improve circulation to promote healing and break up old scar tissues. Graston Technique uses the same principles with Fancy Tools but can be very expensive for treatment. However, instead of using Expensive Graston Technique Tools or a smooth stone or wood with Gua Sha, a WRENCH or a BUTTERKNIFE works just as well!
