Civilizations fall because Human beings go against natural laws and in their arrogance have said in their hearts, that they know best, and thus manufactures a world based on THEIR thinking, not bound to what is TRUE, and hence the result will be the destruction of said civilization, who did not live according to the ways that were bound to the Law, but were bound to their own sinful lusts, giving rise to a world, that was a reflection of this very sin, thus manufacturing their very annihilation based on their own thoughts.
